Beautystorerange provides moving and transport services for personal belongings, furniture, and household items. We assist with relocation, packing, transportation, and delivery of items within Ireland and surrounding areas.

Booking and Payment

Service bookings require confirmation and may require a deposit. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Final payment is typically due upon completion of services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about items to be moved
• Ensuring access to pickup and delivery locations
• Being present or designating an authorized representative
• Securing necessary permits or permissions if required

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use our services to transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Liability and Insurance

Beautystorerange maintains insurance coverage for transported items. Coverage details and limitations will be provided in your service agreement. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for valuable items.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautystorerange's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Liability for damage to items is subject to the terms of our insurance coverage

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Beautystorerange, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication:

• You may file a complaint with relevant consumer protection authorities
• Disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as agreed
• Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law

Applicable Law

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in advance as specified in your booking agreement. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances.
