Return Timeframe
For moving and transport services, cancellation requests must be submitted:
- At least 48 hours before the scheduled service date for full refund eligibility
- Between 24-48 hours before service for partial refund consideration
- Less than 24 hours before service may be subject to cancellation fees
Once services have been completed and items delivered, returns are not applicable as services are considered fulfilled upon delivery.
Return Conditions
Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions:

- Service must not have been initiated or completed

Return Shipping Costs
For moving services, if a cancellation occurs after service has partially begun, return transportation costs may apply:
- If service is cancelled before pickup: No return shipping costs apply
- If service is cancelled after pickup but before delivery: Return shipping costs may be deducted from refund
- If service is cancelled after delivery: No returns or refunds apply as service is complete
Any applicable return shipping costs will be clearly communicated before processing your refund.

Non-Refundable Services
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Services that have been fully completed and items delivered
- Cancellations made after service has been initiated and items are in transit
- Services cancelled due to customer's failure to provide access or required information
- Damage to items caused by customer's failure to properly prepare or secure items
- Additional charges incurred due to changes in service scope requested by customer

If you need to cancel a scheduled moving service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms depend on the notice period:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before service: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: Partial refund may apply
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: Refund subject to circumstances
